At Nick DiRamio Productions, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping options for your merchandise. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policy below:
Economy Shipping:
Introducing Economy Shipping, our cost-effective, fully-tracked shipping method starting at just USD 3.99. This option provides affordability and reliability with lower shipping costs while maintaining traceability. Economy Shipping delivers products across the United States within 4-8 business days, offering an economical alternative with only a slightly longer delivery time compared to Standard delivery, at up to 15% cheaper.
Express Shipping:
For those last-minute seasonal shopping needs, we offer Printify Express Delivery, ensuring production and delivery within just 2-3 working days for a small additional cost. This expedited option is perfect for urgent orders, guaranteeing quick turnaround times for our most popular t-shirts in select color options.
Express Delivery Conditions:
Please note that Express Delivery is available for all states within the US mainland, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, where standard delivery remains the only option. Additionally, Express Delivery does not support delivery to PO Box addresses.
Cost of Express Delivery:
Express Delivery is available for just USD 7.99, with a maximum additional cost of USD 3.24 compared to standard shipping (+ USD 2.40 for each additional item). Both standard shipping and Express Delivery costs are displayed during product selection on the Product Details page.
Order Composition and Delivery:
If an order includes both Express-supported and non-supported products, only standard shipping options will be displayed for the entire order.
Delivery Time Guarantee:
While we strive to fulfill and deliver Express Delivery orders within 2-3 business days, please note that this timeframe is not guaranteed. Orders benefit from dedicated production lines and expedited shipping, but unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. As such, we do not offer refunds for orders that do not meet the 2-3 working day timeframe.
Shipping Address Requirements:
All shipping addresses must be exclusively in Latin characters, and it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information as Printify does not offer address validation services.
Delivery to PO Boxes:
While we offer delivery to PO boxes within the United States, it's essential to note that delivery to PO boxes in other countries is not advisable and is at the customer's own risk. Express Delivery does not support delivery to PO boxes for both orders imported from sales channels and manual orders. If a customer submits an order with Express Delivery and enters a PO box address, it will be imported as a standard order in Printify. When directing shipments to a PO box, please adhere to the following address formatting guidelines:
- First name: John (matching the name on the box)
- Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
- Address 1: PO Box 1776
- Zip code: 28034
- City: Dallas
- Country: United States
Please note that deliveries to PO boxes might encounter delays or issues, even when following address guidelines. If you choose to accept orders with PO box addresses, we recommend transparently informing customers about potential delivery risks, as the delivery guarantee is smaller compared to door delivery. Please be aware that failure to follow address guidelines or successful delivery confirmation via order tracking may preclude compensation.
Shipping to Specific Countries:
For shipments to Germany, Brazil, Chile, and military addresses, specific shipping requirements must be followed to ensure successful delivery:
- Germany: Provide recipient's name, street address, house number, apartment number (if applicable), floor number (optional), zip code, and country. PO box addresses cannot be used for orders to or within Germany. For deliveries to parcel lockers (Packstations), activation of Deutsche Post/DHL account is required, along with inclusion of postal number in the address.
- Brazil: Include recipient's CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number on the shipping label, along with phone number for smooth delivery.
- Chile: Include recipient's RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) tax number on the shipping label, along with phone number for smooth delivery.
Shipping to Military Addresses:
All US-based Print Providers, except merchOne (US), can ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days, with the tracking link ceasing updates once the order reaches the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub.
Non-Tracked Delivery and Order Fulfillment:
Certain Print Providers may not offer tracked carrier services for their orders. Additionally, orders may still be in production for up to 7 business days before being marked as "Ready to ship," during which tracking information may not be available.
Reduced Shipping Rates:
Most products qualify for a reduced shipping rate if they share the same product type and are fulfilled by the same Print Provider. However, bulkier items offered by some Print Providers may not qualify for reduced shipping rates. Please refer to our Shipping Rates page for more information.
