At Nick DiRamio Shop, we strive to provide you with high-quality merchandise that you love. Please review our comprehensive return policy below:
Returns and Exchanges: As a company that uses print-on-demand suppliers, all products from Nick DiRamio Shop are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Please see the sizing charts on each product page to ensure the proper size is ordered.
Damaged Product or Manufacturing Error: In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product or experiencing a manufacturing error, Nick DiRamio Shop offers a free replacement or a refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery using the post-delivery email sent to you from customer@trackorder.site.
Confirmation Requirements: If there's an issue affecting multiple products utilizing the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.
Customer Responsibility: Please note that Nick DiRamio Shop will not be held responsible for or offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
Unsuccessful Delivery: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, customers have the option to choose either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Print Placement Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print within this tolerance range will not be considered as defects.
