I love me a low budget horror movie, especially the free ones on Tubi, because they aren't usually a great example of how to maximize a small budget.
The same can definitely be said of Paranormal Highway, which seems as thought it was capitalizing off of the Paranormal Activity trend of the time, while also mixing in very obvious story elements from other movies. But the found footage concept is used as an excuse for everything to look terrible, so thats fun!
