The 1989 theatrical flop, Teen Witch, should not work as well as it does, due to its almost-there script and low budget limitations.
And yet, this has become an endearing cult clasic that even I can't help but love. Let's look at Robyn Lively's iconic performance alongside Zelda Rubenstein, lots of 80's fashion, of course the infamous rap battle to "top that."
