Long Beach Pride_ Celebrating LGBTQ Equality
I loved celebrating a rainbow of friends (shown in the background of the photo below, lol) plus experience pride in a brand new city!
It was actually my first time in Long Beach at all, and I was so impressed by how much personality it had and how comfortable it felt.
I got an appropriately rainbow-themed Happy Ice which has an incredible texture and flavor. It was sort of like a rainbow sherbet.
I got this soft serve right after the Happy Ice because I felt I needed to chase it with “real” ice cream and my friend Paul twisted my arm…
Although the day started out rainy, it eventually got to be a gorgeous, sunny day. My shoulders are officially sunburnt.
