Today we're looking at the 2002 DCOM Cadet Kelly, about a 14 year old girl who comes of age at a military school. Until watching this movie a second time, I did not realize that this was a secretly queer romance between two young girls.
But after watching the movie through this lens, it's hard not to appreciate the masterful symbolism, even if the script itself is a little long.
